Open floor plan overlooking Bogue Sound with your own private dock and boat lift! Unwind on the main level sound front covered deck and relax as the sun sets. Savor your morning coffee from the covered master suite deck, also overlooking the sound. Build a fire and roast marshmallows over the brick fire pit overlooking the water. Supplied with your stay are two stand-up paddle boards as well as two kayaks for you to discover the sound and potentially catch your own fresh seafood. The beautiful Atlantic Ocean is less than a block's walk from your beach home. Other amenities include a sizable high-top dining table to seat up to six, huge and comfortable sectional couch. The bedrooms include (Master Suite) 1 King Sleep Number bed, (Guest 1) 1 Queen bed, (Guest 2) 2 twin beds. Convenience Store and Dollar Store are also within walking distance to pick up any last-min. items. Inquire about discounts for military, first responders, teachers, and senior citizens. Family Animals welcome with prior approval (some limitations apply). Unit is part of a duplex.

About the Area

Located in Emerald Isle, this cottage is on the waterfront. Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway and Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Beach Wheels Bike Rental and Emerald Plantation. Flatwaters Paddling and Emerald Isle Adventures are also worth visiting.

Finding your best deal:

  • Summer is the most expensive season in Emerald Isle. Booking in Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable properties. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Havelock vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Property managers often offer guests an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses.
