Ocean View! Southwinds C14 is a non-smoking, 2 bedroom/1.5 bath condo located on the 3rd floor. Unit has vistas of the ocean. The condo has a full size kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. A washer and dryer are located inside this condo. There is wireless internet, 2 TVs (one in the living room and one in the main bedroom). The main bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. Southwinds does not allow renters to have family pets. This unit is available for weekly and partial weeks with a 2 nighttime-minimum stay. Please contact for prices on partial weeks. Prices include departure maid service, linens, and admin fee. Trip insurance is optional and available for an additional cost. Tax is 12.75%.

When to visit & When to book:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Atlantic Beach. To find the most suitable rental within budget, we highly recommend reserving in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular Havelock attractions. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Havelock vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • The earlier you can reserve a home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are booked very early. Reserving your vacation rental 6-12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation home.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your vacationing group qualifies for a reduced rate.

  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can often help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to find the best seashells, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Ensure you protect the property owner (and your stuff!) by keeping the rental locked up when you are gone, just like you would back home.
  • At departure, take a walk-through to confirm you have not forget anything. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the rental one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, take video of the property to record its condition.
