This property is located in a peaceful neighborhood with a private walkway to beach access. The beach access is roughly a 5 min. walk and there is a beach cart on the first floor in the closet for beach towels, chairs, and beach toys.

Our family beach home is available for your next beach vacation! Featuring 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms on three levels to accommodate your family. Complete with Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, 4 TV’s, outdoor shower, and gas grille. Also, roomy open and covered decks with furnishings. The top level features a den with a Queen Sleeper Couch and half bath .

Reverse floor plan with open concept, living/dining on top floor (3rd level). Mid level features 3 bedrooms; one with Queen and full private bath. Savor the jack and jill full bath with 2 bedrooms, each with 2 twins on this level. Ground level with exterior access is Queen bed with full bath and cavernous sitting area. Beach access is located at the end of the street. Bikes are a great way to get around the Island on the paved, Town wide Bicycle/Walking Path. Public Boat launch and dock area is just a short walk away for boating or taking in pretty sunsets on the Sound! New decks on each level, 2017. It is time you put your feet in the sand, relax and appreciate some “Simple Pleasures”!

  • To book the most suitable rental home within your budget, we suggest booking in the Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at Havelock restaurants, tours, and activities.
  • Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Owners sometimes offer special rates for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your group before you book.
  • Booking websites typically offer customers an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses.   • Just prior to departing, complete a final walk-through to confirm you didn't forget any personal items. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager is not available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.

If your rental property and/or property management company was great, they always love to hear your praise.
