All About Life is a picture-ideal place to spend a calming vacation. This 6 Bedroom, 4 Bath Almost Oceanfront Home offers expansive ocean vistas from the top two levels, and a Pool view from the Ground Level. Not only are you close to the ocean you are also only 1 1/2 blocks from a sound access. All About Life features a Private Pool, a 6-person Hot Tub (see item #19 below), an Elevator, High-Speed Wireless Internet Access Throughout Property , and a Game Room with Pool Table, and Foosball Table, and a Sand Volleyball Court. Four of the Bedrooms even have private, connecting baths. There is a private walkway to beach less than 50 yards away. (Please note that the driveway for this property is located at 5601 Beachview Lane.)

Ground Level: The Game Room with Pool Table, Ping-Pong Table, Foosball Table and Mini-Kitchen (complete with Microwave, Wet Bar, Mini-refrigerator and dishes) occupies one-half of this entire floor. A Living Area with couch, chairs and kids¡s furnishings is the ideal place to relax. The Living Area opens to a handsome covered patio with furnishings, an outdoor table, a grille and access to the Hot Tub, Pool Area and Volleyball Court. The pool is surrounded by lounge chairs. The Private Hot Tub provides a phenomenal spot for rejuvenating. Bedroom #1 has a Twin Bunk with a desk/office area with a fax machine/copier in this bedroom. Bedroom #2 has 2 Twin Bunk beds and a Poolview. There is a Full Bath on this Level that connects to Bedroom #2.

Level One: This roomy Master Bedroom has a King Bed, and a private Over-sized Bathroom with a 2-person Garden Jacuzzi Tub. The huge, sliding glass doors open from this bedroom onto an Oceanview Deck which has rocking chairs, so you can savor the incredible ocean vistas. Bedroom #3 has a King Bed and opens onto the cavernous Oceanview Deck where you can rock and appreciate the sea air. Bedroom #4 has a King with amazing Oceanviews and a Huge Oceanfront Deck. There is a Full Bath on this Level which opens in the hallway and also connects to Bedroom #5. The Stackable Washer and Dryer are located on this Level as well. Bedroom # 5 has a Queen Bed. The Elevator stops at a landing between Level One and Level Two. There are steps to access the elevator, not accepting you to roll a wheelchair out of the elevator onto either of these main living levels.

Level Two: Bedroom #6 has a Queen Bed and opens onto an Open and Covered Deck. The Full Bathroom on this Level is connected to Bedroom #6. The Dining Area has a Table for ten people to enjoy oceanview dining. The Dining Area can actually accommodate up to 20 people! (The Dining Area can be extended into the Game Area of the Living Room by using the desk in the Living Area which is actually a fold-out table with can seat 4. The breakfast bar has stools for additional seating for 4. There is a kids¡s table for the youngest members of your visiting family.) The Full Kitchen includes a Microwave, Dishwasher and Pantry. The Living Area is ideal for playing games, appreciating a movie. The Oceanview deck/porch, which is accessed from this level, runs across the entire Oceanfront part of the home. 4 Grand Flat Screen TV in Great Room and Rec Room, also installed a BluRay DVD Player and a PS2 in the kids' room!

Sticking to a spending budget:

• The sooner your group can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The best properties are reserved early. Booking your rental home 6-12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental home.
• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Havelock area. Booking a rental in Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable properties. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host whether your family qualifies for a discount.
• Property management companies typically offer customers an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for additional information.
• Find a copy of your local Havelock visitors guide upon checking in. If your rental doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers. In addition to great information, visitors guide magazines have deals for nearby restaurants, attractions, and tours.
