Going down the hall you come to a bath with walk in shower that services the two bedrooms on this floor. One bedroom has a Queen bed with tons of antiques. The bigger bedroom has a king size bed with a door accessing the screened in porch. On the porch you can sit on the swing, rock in the rocking chairs or sit at the Pub Table looking out at tree level giving you the feeling of being in the Peter Pan Tree House. Go out the screened door and you will be on the deck, a great place to sunbath and use the grille. From there you can open the gate and go down the outside stairs to the yard and play Cornhole or go through the other door into the dining room with the delicious food you have just grilled.

Tricks and tips to get the optimal vacation rental experience:
Get the most from your budget:
- June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. To find the best value, try shifting your family's Havelock vacation week to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and October offer pleasant weather, fewer crowds, and reduced traffic. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Havelock vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
- In the Havelock area, The sooner your group can book, the better your selection will be. The best vacation homes are reserved early. Booking your rental home six - twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental.
- Some property management companies offer promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. It's always a good idea to check with your property manager to see if special discounts are available for your group before you book.
- Property management companies often offer guests an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for additional information.
- Many management companies supply Havelock area visitor guide magazines which include special deals, either offered directly by local companies, or by way of a relationship between the management company and the business itself. You can also find Havelock visitors guide and coupon books at local gas stations and shopping centers.
Narrow your rental Search:
- Begin by choosing trip dates and a spending budget.
- Determine how many bedrooms and what type of bedroom configuration your family needs. Neverland - memory making house for kids, dog, pirates also handicap accessible has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
- Precise details about bedrooms and bed counts & types is regularly available on booking websites. If they are not listed, call the host before reserving the rental. Remember that most property listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes pull out couches in living rooms. You will need to establish which bed configuration is suitable for your vacation group.
- If there's an individual Havelock beach you long to visit, browse properties that are either close by, or those that cater especially to your desires.
- Appropriate accessibility can make or break a vacation for persons with disabilities. Remember to confirm all necessary amenities are included before reserving a rental
- If your family is vacationing with pets, you must book a pet-friendly property. Make sure to ask for specifics on breed, weight, and type restrictions. Often, property managers charge pet deposits and fees.
