Beach Dreams West is really a dream come true for a family of beach goers! This 4-Bedroom, 2-Bath Oceanfront Duplex is the ideal place to spend a getaway in Emerald Isle. High Speed Wireless Internet Access Supplied! Water Softener! The ocean vistas are elegant and are really something to dream about.

Ground Level: Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower under deck. Bedroom #1 has a Twin over Double Bunk Bed, Queen Sleeper Couch, and a Flatscreen TV with a DVD Player. Laundry Room with a Washer/Dryer.

Level One: Bedroom #2 has a King Bed and access to the Oceanfront deck. Bath off of the Hallway. The Kitchen features, among other appliances, a Gas Stove, a Microwave and a Dishwasher. The Dining Area contains a table that seats six. The Living Area has a Flatscreen TV and a DVD Player. Doors open to the Deck off of the Living Area. At the end of the Boardwalk to the Beach, a rustic Gazebo awaits. From there one can appreciate the breath-taking Ocean View.

Level Two: Bedroom #3 is Oceanview and has 2 Double Beds. Bedroom #4 is Oceanview and has a Queen Bed. There is a Full-Bath off of the Hallway.

Conveniences include: Central Heat/Air, a Washer/Dryer, a gas Grille, High Speed Wireless Internet Access, a Water Softener, an Oceanfront Deck, a Microwave, a Dishwasher, 3 Flatscreen TVs, 3 DVD Players, an Outdoor Showers, a Beach Boardwalk, and a Gazebo. Savor the boat launch facility and access to the sound at the new Emerald Isle Boat Launch Facility located less than 2 miles away! Between Mile Marker 17.5 and 18 on Highway 58, adjacent to Chapel By The Sea.

Up to 2 Dogs Accepted with All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly and Nightly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their family pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
