Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located, handsomely refreshed townhouse in charming Club Colony Subdivision; Just one mile from Atlantic Beach Circle. Just steps to the striking beaches! This townhouse sleeps 8 comfortably. The kitchen and family area are roomy and well supplied. The beds are brand new and so comfortable! Our townhouse kitchen has both Keurig and regular coffee makers, an air fryer, and new cookware! Plenty of dishes and silverware! There is a new travel crib and a booster seat for the toddlers and babies. There's even a modest backyard and beach towels for your convenience! You will want to return to this townhouse year after year!

About the Area

Located in Atlantic Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. North Carolina Maritime Museum and Core Sound Waterfowl Museum and Heritage Center are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway.

  • In the Havelock area, The sooner your group can book a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The best rental homes are reserved very early. Reserving your vacation home up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and book your rental property.
  • Reserving a rental home in Fall or Spring months is our favorite way to save money on your rental home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable homes.
  • Owners sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your family before you book.
  • Booking websites usually offer their guests an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for more information.

Remember to ask your host before booking, and study your agreement thoroughly! Additional pet fees or costs applied to your invoice.
  • If there's a particular Havelock attraction you simply love, look for homes that are either close by, or those that cater to your needs.

  • Lock your rental while you are out. Protect your property!
  • Make a record of any damages to the rental upon arrival, and immediately contact the property manager. We especially recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that are very helpful if a dispute is filed.
  • Be respectful of your neighbors. Often times, nearby homes are filled by permanent residents. Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking policies can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Locals can typically point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to launch your kayaks, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Double-check every room of the property to make sure that you've packed all of your belongings on check-out day. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the property one final time and look for damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, ensure that you take photos and video of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did you have a great stay? Most rental home management companies make it easy for travelers to provide reviews. If your rental property and/or property manager was great, they would love to hear about it. If anything was imperfect and they failed to fix it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
