Property available for week of July 20th 2025 to July 26 2025. 7 day rental. When you stay here, you just might not leave the resort during your vacation. An abundance of onsite amenities and activities are enough to keep you and your kids busy during your stay. These include multiple swimming pools, sports courts, resort activities, miniature golf, and, of course, private beach access. This two-bedroom vacation condos is equipped with a cavernous living area and full kitchen, the ideal place to make a fast meal before you head back to the sand and surf. My family has been going here since 1979. We drive in from Atlanta and definitely adore the family friendly environment that is much less busy than the FL beaches. Atlantic Beach is one of the homes of Black Beard the Pirate, host of a national Blue Marlin fishing tournament, and has museums like Fort Macon. The history of this place is a must see.

Strategies to get the very best vacation home experience:
Sticking to your spending budget:
- In the Havelock area, The sooner your group can book a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental properties are booked very early. Booking your vacation property up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation home.
- June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. Book your rental in the Spring or Fall to enjoy gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Havelock vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
- Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your family qualifies for a reduced rate.
- Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer guests an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for additional information.
- Many management companies supply Havelock area travel guides that include special offers, either offered directly by local companies, or by way of a relationship with the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find Havelock area magazine and coupon books at local gas stations and shopping centers.
Filter your search:
- Select a group leader, choose your vacation week, and choose a spending budget.
- Decide how many beds and what type of bedroom configuration your family requires. Water view with lots of amenities- Humpback whale watching. July 20-26, 2025 has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our search.
- Precise information about bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is usually available on booking websites. If not, call the host before you reserve your home. Note that most listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which usually includes sofa beds in living rooms. You will need to work out which bed configuration is optimal for your vacation.
- Remember to include your furry companions! Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Remember to ask the property manager before booking, and study your rental agreement! Pet fees or might be applied to your agreement.
- If there's a particular Havelock beach you long to visit, keep an eye out for homes that are either near by, or those that cater to your needs.
- Appropriate accessibility can make or break a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. Confirm all required amenities are available before booking
More considerations for your visit:
- Add the owner's contact info to your phone. Print and take a copy of arrival/departure procedures.
- Ask questions. You may want instructions for a fireplace, television set or appliance. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief text message can prevent many issues.
- Lock your rental property while you're gone! Don't let burglars spoil your family vacation.
- To make certain damages are not linked to your stay, make note of any problem areas during arrival. Make contact with the property manager immediately to relay any pre-existing damages. If there is a dispute, having the recorded problems and contact attempts will be very helpful.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like troublesome vacationers bothering your home life. Use the golden rule for common sense. If they like you, locals might even recommend great beaches and places you would've never otherwise known!
- Don't forget to... Ask a local! Residents can usually help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to find the best bike paths, have a great night out, or the best spots for fine dining?
- Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the property to reconfirm you've collected everything. Remember to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Please make sure to walk through the rental a final time and look for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, take pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
- Did your family have a fantastic time? Most rental managers make it easy for guests to provide reviews. If your rental property and/or property manager was fantastic, they would love to hear about it. If anything was defective and they failed to correct it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
