Island Beach and Racquet Club 303-B is a Third Floor 2-Bedroom, 2-Bath Oceanfront Condo ideal for a beach hideaway! The Island Beach and Racquet Club community comes equipped with a community pool, tennis courts, and much more. There is fun for the whole family when you vacation at this beachy condo! High-Speed Wireless Internet so you can stay connected!

Bedroom #1 has a King Bed. Bedroom #2 has 2 Twin Beds.

Additional Conveniences Include: 2 Flat Panel TVs, Basic Cable, Park Grille Access, Picnic Table Area, Community Walkway to Beach, Community Outdoor Showers, Outdoor and Kiddie Pool Access, Tennis Court Access, Deck Furnishings, Washer and Dryer, Entirely Equipped Kitchen with Garbage Disposal, Coffee Maker, Keurig Coffee Maker, Blender, Oven, Fridge, Microwave, and Dishwasher.

Located in Atlantic Beach, this condo is by the ocean. Country Club of the Crystal Coast and Hoop Pole Creek Nature Trail are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Theodore Roosevelt Natural Area and Rachel Carson Reserve.   • In the Havelock area, The earlier you can reserve a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The best properties are booked early. Booking your vacation home six to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation home.
  • Summer is high season in Atlantic Beach. To get the largest vacation home for your budget, we recommend reserving in the Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular Havelock attractions. Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
