Come stay at our newly modernized oceanfront home in the trendy Ocean Oaks neighborhood at Emerald Isle. We offer a wrap-around ocean view from the kitchen and living area, along with ocean-facing windows in each of our 3 bedrooms.
Our goal is to make your family feel welcome in the cleanest rental you've ever experienced. After Hurricane Florence damage, we gutted the home so that everything is new, from the walls and floor to the kitchen appliances and tile bathrooms. Each bedroom features Casper beds, spa sheets, and a intelligent TV. Our kitchen comes well-supplied, and we include your basic oils, spices, condiments, detergents, and paper goods with your rental.
Outside, sun yourself on the upper deck, or grab a spot in the shade on our lower deck. We have an enclosed outdoor shower with a changing area for those who like to feel the breeze. Beach chairs and a bucket of toys are included.
About the Area

How to get the best rental experience:
When to go & When to reserve a Havelock rental home:
- Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer rentals during Winter holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- To get the best value, try shifting your family's Havelock vacation week to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and even October offer great weather, , and greatly reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Havelock vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host whether your group qualifies for a discount.
- Property managers typically offer their guests an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for more information.
- Many management companies and vacation rental houses supply Havelock area visitors guide magazines that include special offers, either offered directly by local companies, or through a partnership between the property management company and the business itself. You can also find Havelock area magazine and coupon books at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.
Selecting and booking the rightrental home:
- Select dates and budget.
- Determine how many bedrooms and the configuration your group requires. Remodeled Oceanfront Duplex in Quiet Ocean Oaks near the Point has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Havelock rental home search.
- Precise information about bedrooms and bed types is normally available on booking pages. If you don't see them listed, email the property owner before booking your rental. Remember that most property listings specify maximum guest capacity, which oftentimes includes sofa beds in living rooms. You will need to determine what configuration is right for your family.
- If your family is traveling with pets, you'll need to book a property that allows animals. Make sure to ask for details on breed, size, and type restrictions. Usually, hosts charge pet deposits and fees.
- Is your group looking for particular amenities? Most rental websites include amenity lists and search filters. Use these filters to your advantage to find the perfect rental home.
- Suitable accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for guests with disabilities. Confirm all required amenities are available and included before booking
During your stay:
- Review check in & check out procedures before leaving home. Save the directions to your phone, and take a printed backup.
- Ask questions. You may need instructions for a garage door opener, A/V setup or coffee maker. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief telephone call prevents many concerns.
- Lock your vacation home while you are out and about. Protect the owner's property and your stuff!
- To make certain damages are not attributed to your family's visit, inspect the property for any problem areas during check in. Call the host immediately to document any damages. If there is a dispute, having a record of issues and contact attempts will be valuable.
- Be a good neighbor. Often, adjacent homes are occupied by local residents. Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking policies can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Locals can typically help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to rent beach equipment, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
- Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the rental property to make sure you've collected everything. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Go through the property a final time and scan for damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the host isn't available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
- Did your family have a terrific vacation? Most vacation rental websites make it easy for guests to provide feedback. If your property and/or property management company was terrific, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was out of order and they failed to correct it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
