Hi Everyone! Welcome to our Beach House located in the heart of Emerald Isle, walking distance to eateries, piers, entertainment and the beach! Whether you are ready to hit the town or grab some exceptional seafood and prepare at home, Emerald Isle had tons to offer! We refreshed the bathrooms, master bedroom as of April 2022, all beds and furnishings in 2022 and just put in a completely new central AC system as of April 2023 for those hot summer nights!

About the Area

Located in Emerald Isle, this vacation home is in the city center and on the waterfront. Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier and Emerald Forest Golf are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Croatan National Forest and Theodore Roosevelt Natural Area. Traveling with kids? Consider Emerald Isle Adventures and The Sweet Spot. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Sticking to your spending budget:

  • Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are high season in Emerald Isle. To get the best value, consider changing your family's Havelock vacation to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and even October offer excellent temperatures, fewer crowds, and reduced traffic. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Havelock vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your family qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Property management companies typically offer guests an option to buy trip insurance protection.   • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the rental to make sure you've collected all of your things. Re-check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Please make sure to walk through the property a final time and scan for any damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did you have a fantastic time? Many rental management companies make it easy for vacationers to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or property manager was fantastic, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was defective and they failed to fix it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
