Lots of on-site amenities such as the 9 hole miniature golf; playground; cornhole; soccer goals; full court basketball; tennis court; beach volleyball; shuffleboard; outdoor ping pong; outdoor bowling; indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs.
Interior renovations for January 2024 include the following:
All popcorn ceilings replaced with flat, new crown molding, all walls, ceilings and molding/trim repainted, all bathroom water fixtures replaced with new.

Located in Atlantic Beach, this condo is on the beach.
