Enter this home on the Ground Level and you'll find a covered parking area fit for two. This is a entirely covered two-car garage accessible from the main road. Not only can two cars comfortably sit, but you have space to spare, possibly for a motorcycle or scooter! Bask in the sun by your heated pool and six-person hot tub surrounded by your private full deck. This feature is designed for privacy. Bedroom 1 features a grand ocean view with a Queen Bed, Flat-screen TV, closet, and direct deck access. Bedroom 2, not lacking in appeal, also has an oceanfront view, Queen Bed, Flat-screen TV, closet, and direct access to the deck. A full bath is located directly outside of these two bedrooms. Down the hall, there is a washer and dryer, conveniently located for you and your family to drop your attire from a day at the beach or pool. Master Bedroom 3 with a King Bed, Flatscreen TV, Private Bathroom with step-in shower, double sinks, and closets complete the rooms on this level.

Level Two features an open concept kitchen, living, and dining areas. The gourmet kitchen features a dine at bar and granite countertops, a double sink, dishwasher, and range.
