Looking for a New build located just mins. from Downtown Beaufort, NC with a Master On Main and PET FRIENDLY? WELCOME to our home away "LIVIN' ON BEAU TIME". My Husband and I fell head over heels in appreciate with Beaufort when we came for a vacation seven years ago. From that point forward we were hooked and knew we wanted to make this our routine family-vacation destination and one-day, our permanent home. "Livin' on Beau Time" is located in the award winning resort-style, community of Beau Coast. Beau Coast was named Southern Living's 2020 Finest Coastal Community. Beaufort, NC was named by Travel & Leisure as "America's Favorite Town". At "Livin' on Beau Time", you are a short golf cart or bicycle ride to downtown Beaufort - with so much to do like superb dining, shopping, fishing, boat tours, and much, much more.
The amenities in the Beau Coast development are unbeatable.... serene private, outfitted lakes with handsome, lighted fountains, Kayak Barn, resort-style swimming pool with cabanas, Pickle Ball courts, work-out facility, enormous firepit with seating overlooking Trader Lake, huge Dog Park, and so much more. Check out Trader's which overlooks the lake and you will find a convenient store and Beau Gro-to-Go, a locally adored restaurant that provides on-sight meals and sandwiches for take-out right in our own community!!! The Beau Coast Club is a sizable Club House with ping-pong tables, cornhole, etc., and so much more!! Beau Coast also has a huge, private Dock with docking slots for kayaks and space for day-docking your own boat, fishing and crabbing.
With 3 bedrooms, "Livin' on Beau Time" comfortably sleeps 8. MASTER ON MAIN with king bed and en-suite bathroom with walk-in, tiled shower and dual vanities. Substantial, open-floor plan main living area, with dining table and bar, counter-top seating. Kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, subway tile back-splash, and reverse-osmosis water purification system. Freshly installed water softener system provides superb water quality and removes the foul smell and harsh water conditions typically experienced with coastal water. New washer and dryer in laundry room on second floor, along with additional 2 bedrooms with another full bathroom with tub shower. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Screened-in, side porch leads to the garage where you will find Bicycles which are supplied for your enjoyment, including a tandem (2 seater) bicycle. Bicycles are used at your own risk.
While in Beaufort, don't forget to check out the wild horses on Carrot Island, visit Fort Macon, the Aquarium, Atlantic Beach, downtown Morehead City, and many more local attractions which are close by.

How to get the best Havelock vacation rental experience:
Get the most from your spending budget:
- June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. To find the best value, try changing your group's trip dates to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and October offer great weather, fewer crowds, and greatly reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Havelock vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
- Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer vacations during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
- Property management companies sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your group.
- Property managers frequently offer guests an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for specifics.
- Many rental management companies and vacation rental houses supply Havelock area visitor guide magazines which will include coupons, either offered independently by local businesses, or by way of a relationship between the property management company and the business itself. You can also find Havelock visitors guide magazine and coupon books at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.
How to select the perfect rental home:
- Start by having your family choose a vacation week and a maximum budget.
- Decide how many bedrooms and what type of bedroom configuration your group requires. PET FRIENDLY, Golf Cart Ride to DOWNTOWN BEAUFORT, with RESORT Style AMENITIES! has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
- Precise information regarding bedrooms and bed counts & types is normally available on booking websites. If they are not listed, call the property manager before you reserve your rental. Note that most property listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which typically includes sofa beds. You'll need to work out what is optimal for your vacation.
- Are you visiting for a specific attraction or event? Use a map search to browse nearby rentals.
- Proper accessibility can make or break a vacation for persons with a disability. .
- Some properties allow pets, and some don't. Acceptable types of pet, weight and breeds may be restricted, and additional charges may apply. Ask your host about pets before booking.
Tips for a fantastic stay:
- Add the property manager's contact info to your smartphone. Understand and take a copy of arrival/departure procedures.
- Record any issues with the rental at check in, and immediately contact the owner. We especially recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that can be helpful if damages are assessed.
- Ask questions. You may want instructions for a fireplace, television set or thermostat. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief telephone call prevents quite a few problems.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like obnoxious vacationers bothering your life at home. Use the golden rule for common sense. If they like you, locals might even recommend great local food and scenic spots you would have never otherwise known!
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Residents can often point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to launch your kayaks, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
- Lock your rental home while you're away. Keep your property safe!
- Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the rental to make sure you've collected all personal belongings. Make sure to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Go through the rental one final time and scan for damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, remember to take photographs of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
- Leave a review! Hosts rely on good ratings to compel future bookings. They'll be much obliged for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other vacationing families will will be grateful for your feedback find their best rental home. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the host had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to remedy it.
