This cozy 3 bedroom home offers a golf cart, private pool, cavernous living room, comfortably furnished sunroom, and a kitchen that is sure to meet everybody's needs with refreshed appliances and of course both a Keurig and regular coffee maker.
As you enter the home you will find yourself in the airy living room. Just off the living room are the dining room, sunroom, and kitchen. The bedroom located off the kitchen area is furnished with a queen bed and if the hallway is closed off will offer a private full bathroom.
As you make your way to the next level you will find a guest room with two twin beds to the left and a room with a Queen bed to the right. The shared hall bathroom is centrally located in the hall.. Both of these rooms are filled with light and offer Intelligent TVs.
The completely fenced private pool is accessible through the sunroom or on the ground level. The walk to the beach is just about 10 mins. or so but a golf cart is included for easier access. If you agree with us and feel that dogs need a vacation too, bring them along! There is a max. of 2 and a $150 non-returnable fee for each.
All of your beds are made prior to arrival with newly laundered linens, including the comforters, and are supplied with a full week’s stay.
The location of this home is within the handsome, private and gated community of Dolphin’s Ridge. The beach access is located at the split of Dolphin Ridge Road and Sandy Court which is where you will be able to leave your cart for a day at the beach.

- In the Havelock area, The sooner you can book, the better your selection will be. The best vacation homes are reserved very early. Reserving your vacation rental six to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and book your rental.
- June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Emerald Isle. To get the most suitable vacation home within your budget, we suggest reserving in the Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Havelock vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.

- Property managers usually offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance. - Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, take a walk through the rental property to reconfirm you've collected all of your things. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Record a video to document the condition of the property.
- After your trip, leave a review! Property owners rely on good ratings to inspire future bookings. They'll be grateful for your review. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other vacationers will will be grateful for your review and help them have the best future vacation. Remember to be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the host could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to solve it.
