Welcome to Atlantic Beach's sandy shores at Sandfiddler! This Oceanside House with 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms, is in an ideal location near the corner of West Atlantic Blvd and Durham Ave - less than 250 feet to the public beach access walkover!

Central heat and air, ceiling fans. Interior Washer/Dryer. Living area with seating and Intelligent TV with Roku access to streaming apps and a Blu-ray DVD player, dining area to accommodate your family, and a entirely equipped kitchen with coffee maker, refrigerator with attached ice maker, microwave, dishwasher. Bedroom #1 has a King bed. Bedroom #2 has a Double bed. Bedroom #3 has a Double bed. The screened porch with furnishings is ideal for appreciating the sea breeze. Charcoal grille. Enclosed outside shower with hot/cold water.

Fireplace is NOT available.

Towels and linens supplied with beds made for weekly stays only.

Rents Weekly Sunday-Sunday. Nightly stays with 3 nighttime minimum are allowed in advance during Off season and last min. during In season.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card included at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

  • Property managers often offer customers an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which generally costs between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gasoline expenses.
