Overlooking private beaches, Sand Villa offers elegantly appointed two and three bedroom condominiums, each complete with washer/dryer and walk-in shower. Play tennis on their lighted courts then arrange a tee time for you at one you their 12 close by golf courses. Unwind in an indoor or outdoor pool and hot tub.

Sands Villa 519 is a 2-Bedroom, 2-Bath Fifth Floor Oceanfront Condo. Being located on the top floor of the Sands Villa complex, you are included with unique vistas that are gorgeous and stand above the rest. This condo has a nice sized dining room, entirely outfitted kitchen, living room with ample seating and a flat screen TV, balcony access.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Located in Atlantic Beach, this condo is by the ocean. Triple S Marina and Anchorage Marina are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Fort Macon State Park and Hoop Pole Creek Nature Trail. North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and North Carolina Maritime Museum are also worth visiting. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including golfing.

  • When it's time to leave, take a final walk-through to confirm you have not forget anything. Remember to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
