Welcome to Sangria Sunset! Constructed in 2018, our home has 4 bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths and a private saline pool. It is charmingly decorated and has all the essentials to make your stay calming and enchanting.

Sangria Sunset has 3 bedrooms with private baths, all with king size beds. The fourth bedroom , with two queen size beds, shares a full bath with the rec room that has a pyramid bunk (double,twin). Sleeping up to 13 guests, Sangria Sunset offers sun decks and a screened porch to savor all the nature that surrounds it on the double wooded lot.

Located in Spinnaker’s Reach off of Coast Guard Road, our guests have less than a 10 min. walk to the community beach access and pool. After a day at the beach, an outdoor hot/cold shower is available to use before cooking on the Weber gas grille. Golf carts are available to rent by local companies that will be delivered to the home -inquire with Blue Water.

Emerald Isle is home to this vacation home. Salty Pirate Water Park and Emerald Forest Golf are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Emerald Plantation and Salty Air Open Market. Emerald Isle Adventures and The Sweet Spot are also worth visiting.

Sticking to a rental budget:

  • Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer rental homes during holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Havelock area. To find the best value, shift your group's vacation week to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and October offer warmer weather, fewer crowds, and reduced traffic.   • Inspect the property one final time and scan for any damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take photos and video of the property to record its condition.
  • Did your family have a wonderful stay? Most vacation rental websites make it easy for clients to provide reviews. If your rental and/or host was terrific, they always love to hear your praise.
