Located in handsome Emerald Isle, on the Southern Outer Banks, Sassy Seagull West gives you their terrific oceanfront vistas and simple beach access you¡ll want to come back to, year after year!

Sassy Seagull West provides High-Speed Wireless Internet access for those of you that can¡t stay ¡disconnected¡ on your vacation!

Ground Level: Covered Parking. Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower.

Level One: Living Area. Dining Area with seating for 6. Kitchen/Bar Area with Microwave (no dishwasher). There is one Queen bed and three Double beds.

Conveniences: 2 Roku TVs, Stereo/CD Player, Washer/Dryer, High-Speed Wireless Internet, Covered Deck, Privacy Partition, Weatherproof Doors, Central Heat & Air, and Gas Grille.

Linens & Towels Supplied with Beds Made for Weekly and Nightly stays.

No Smoking.

Up to 2 Dogs Accepted with All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly and Nightly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their family pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Rents Weekly Saturday - Saturday. Rents Nightly with a 2 nighttime minimum in advance during Off Season, last min. during In Season.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card included at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Located in Emerald Isle, this vacation home is by the ocean.   • Summer is high season in Emerald Isle. Booking a rental in Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your vacation rental. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable homes. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months.
  • The earlier your group can reserve a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental homes are reserved early. Booking your vacation property six - twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental property.
  • Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer special rates for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your family.
  • Property management companies often offer their guests an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for more information.

  • Go through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, take pictures of the property to record its condition.
