Ground Level: Covered Parking. Shared washer/dryer with exterior entrance. Fish cleaning station. Level One: Living Area. Dining Area. Kitchen with microwave & dishwasher. Bedroom #1 with 1 Queen; Bedroom #2 with 1 Double & Twin. Color cable TV, DVD Player, CD player and Stereo. Central air and heat. Ceiling fans. To make sharing your vacation easier, a connecting door between duplexes,Sea Castle East, accepts for convenient access and a shared living space when renting both halves.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your group qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Property management companies usually offer customers an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally will cost you 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gas expenses.
