Westport II Unit E-22, Single Level Condo, Sound View, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Bed Configuration: 1 K and 1 Q
This holiday destination is in Pine Knoll Shores, one of the most sought-after spots on Bogue Banks, known for its magical combination of maritime forest and waterfront locale. The community of Westport itself is located in the trees midway between the ocean and the sound.
This sunny and roomy condo is a showcase of modern style and comfort. The kitchen, dining and living area is open concept, making it simple to socialize and be together— whether that’s just the two of you, the whole family, or that get-together you’re planning! Much of this unit has the same bright, airy feel, with open shelving in the gourmet kitchen, a countertop bar and glass doors in the living room. Mix a drink from the wet bar and sit out on the balcony —the ideal place for admiring the pinks and golds of the sunsets and toasting to your good fortune!
The primary bedroom has its own entrance to the balcony and is generously sized. It features an inviting king bed and a pretty sound view. You will feel casual going to sleep with the twinkle of mast lights and an array of brilliant stars out your window.
There is a guest bedroom here, too, with a queen bed and second bath, meaning there’s room for friends, family or guests! Spend your time “at home,” head to the beach to search for seashells, go for a dip in the pool, or challenge your bestie to a tennis match —the courts are right here! There are also tons to do close by: The NC Aquarium, Fort Macon, plenty of stores and cafes, fine dining, and coastal adventures. When you come to the Crystal Coast, you can have it all!

About the Area

Located in Pine Knoll Shores, this condo is by the sea. How to book the best vacation home experience:

Get the best value:

  • Summer time is high season in the Havelock area. Book your Havelock vacation home in Fall or Spring months to get the benefit of beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Havelock vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • The earlier your group can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental properties are reserved early. Reserving your vacation home six - twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and book your rental.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Booking websites usually offer their guests an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which usually costs 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for program terms and fees.
  • Often, management companies supply Havelock area visitors guide magazines which will include special deals, either offered independently by local businesses, or by way of a partnership between the management company and the business itself. You can also find Havelock visitors guide and coupon books at local gas stations and shopping centers.

Selecting the best vacation rental in the Havelock area:

  • Begin by choosing your trip dates and a spending budget.
  • Note the number beds and the configuration your family requires. Stunning Soundview Condo-Westport II Unit E-22 has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
  • Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts is usually available online. If you don't see them listed, contact the property owner before reserving the property. Remember that most listings specify maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes sofa beds in living rooms.
  • Looking for specific amenities? Most rental search websites include search filters with amenity lists.
  • Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for the less-mobile. Confirm all required amenities are available before booking.
  • Some rental properties allow pets, and others don't. Allowable types of pet, size and breeds may be restricted, and additional charges may apply. Ask the owner about pets before booking.

More tips for your stay:

  • Review arrival and departure procedures before traveling. Save the directions to your smartphone, and take a printed backup.
  • Document any damages to the rental upon arrival, and immediately e-mail them to the host. We specifically recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain time stamps that are valuable if a dispute is filed.
  • Hosts are there to help! Don't be shy to ask any questions during your stay.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like unpleasant vacationers bothering your peace and quiet. Practice the golden rule for common sense. Happy residents may even recommend great local food and scenic spots you would've never otherwise known!
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Residents can often help. Who better to ask where to rent beach equipment, have a great night out, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Ensure you protect the property owner (and your things!) by locking the rental while you are gone, just like you would back home.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the rental to reconfirm you've collected all personal items. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the property one final time and keep an eye out for damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the manager isn't available, take photos of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did you have a terrific vacation? Most vacation rental websites make it easy for guests to provide reviews. If your rental property and/or property management company was terrific, they would love to hear about it. If anything was amiss and they failed to address it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
