Ground level roomy conference room for 150 next to pool courtyard. Ideal for meetings of all kinds: work seminars, weddings or family gatherings. These events can also be incorporated with a phenomenal beach hideaway! All visitors to Summer Winds have full use of the entire range of recreational activities.

Summer Winds C-228 is an Oceanfront, 2-Bedroom, 2-Bath Condo on the 2nd floor. This condo features a granite floor throughout the entire condo. Living Area is attractively decorated and offers a calming and comfortable area with a 70in TV. There is a covered deck facing the ocean. Step out and view the ocean and feel the warm calming breeze on your face. The dining area features a nice snack bar while providing ample seating for a sit down dinner. Totally equipped kitchen/bar area with mahogany cabinets, dishwasher, & microwave. Master Bedroom with Queen Bed, TV & bath. Bedroom #2 with Twin Bunk and Queen Bed and flat screen TV. Bath. 3 TVs, CD Player w/Stereo. Deck with Furnishings. Washer/Dryer.

NOTE for All Units: There are temporary stairs at some stacks while HOA completes stairway work. All elevators are operational.

Linens and Towels Supplied (Non-discounted, weekly stays only)

No Family Animals. No Smoking.

Rents weekly only from Saturday to Saturday. Rents nightly with a 3-nighttime minimum stay (off-season only).

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card included at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Many groups book their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some hosts offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Ask your property manager if special offers are available for your group before you book.
  • Property managers usually offer their guests an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gasoline expenses.
