Village West #14 is a handsome 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom townhome with a ground-floor additional room and charming ocean vistas. The up-and-coming Village West Community features a community pool, bathhouse, grilling area, and open green space as well as close by retail stores and dining! This property also has a private elevator!

The total bed count is 1 King, 1 Queen, and 2 Twins.

Linens and Towels Supplied with Beds Made (Weekly Stays Only). Linens are not supplied for the sleeper couch.

DOGS ACCEPTED with our All-Inclusive Pet Program (Weekly and Nightly Units Only; Monthly Units Not Supplied); No pet fee for 2 Dogs Max. It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their family pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Nightly units are allowed with a 3-nighttime minimum during the off-season.

Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host whether your family qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Property managers usually offer customers an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for more information.
  • Find a copy of your local Havelock visitors guide upon checking in. If your rental home doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers. In addition to great local information, visitors guide magazines have offers and deals for local restaurants, attractions, and tours.
