Oceanfront townhome features 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. Direct ocean view from oceanfront deck and painless beach access via boardwalk exclusively for townhome unit owners. Professionally decorated with entirely equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and dishwasher. This unit has 3 cable TVS including a 48 inch HDTV in living area and wireless high speed internet. There is a washer and dryer on the main floor, an enclosed h/c outside shower and a gas grille. Master bedroom on upper level has a king bed and private master bathroom. There are two more upper level bedrooms one with a Queen the other is a full bed with a pull out twin trundle in third bedroom.. NO FAMILY PETS. NO SMOKING. Two parking spaces per unit

About the Area

Located in Indian Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. Fort Macon State Park and Beaufort Historic Site are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway and Country Club of the Crystal Coast. • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Indian Beach. Booking your Havelock vacation home in Fall or Spring months is our favorite way to save money on your vacation home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable homes.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host whether your group qualifies for a special rate.
• Property managers usually offer renters an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for more information.
