Total linens includes a king, a queen, a twin, and 1 double Sleeper Couch (Linens are not supplied for the Sleeper Couch).

Elevator: There is one elevator per building at A Place at the Beach and they are located at the back (Ocean Side) of the buildings. Building "L" elevator is located between rooms 131 & 132. Building "K" elevator is located between Room 167 and 168.

Notes:

- NO LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS - at least 5 Days in Advance.

- This property is an Atlantic Beach Office Check-in.

- You must pick up your parking passes and pool bands from the on-site office on the day of check-in. On-site office also has complex WIFI password.

- No boats or trailers are allowed on the property.

- There are 4 HOA onsite dumpsters for garbage disposal.

- Coin operated Laundry Room is located in Building L.

- There is only one elevator per building. Building "L" elevator is located on the Ocean Side between Rooms 131 and 132. Building "K" elevator is located on the Ocean Side between Rooms 167 and 168.

- A Place at the Beach does have a single beach Wheelchair that can be signed out for use at the office located on the property.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for additional information.

• Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, walk through the rental to confirm you've collected all personal belongings. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
