Appreciate shuffleboard and a swimming pool with simple access via boardwalk to the beach. Feel the warm ocean breezes from your private porch! 4B2 is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Second Floor Oceanfront Condo. Outside shower. Various community amenities can be found at Ocean Reef including a tennis court!

Ground Level: Driveway Parking Only. (Garage not to be used).

Level One: 4B1 Level Two: Living Area has a TV. Dining Area. The kitchen has a microwave and dishwasher. Master Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed and a Full Bath with a bathtub and Shower. Bedroom #2 has 2 Twin Beds. Full Bath in hall.

High-Speed Wireless Internet Access Supplied! There are 3 flat-screen TVs, a DVD player, a CD player, a stereo system, and a Keurig Coffee Maker all for your enjoyment. Central Heat and Air. Outdoor Shower.

Rents weekly from Sunday to Sunday. 3-nighttime units are available when booked off-season only.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

  • Summer is high season in the Havelock area. Booking in the Spring or Fall is our best tip for saving money on your vacation. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable homes.
  • Book your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some hosts and property managers offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if discounts are available for your family.
  • Property management companies typically offer renters an option to purchase vacation insurance.
