  • Summer is the most expensive season in Pine Knoll Shores. To book the largest vacation home for your budget, we recommend booking in Fall or Spring months. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular Havelock attractions.
  • Book your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Property managers sometimes offer promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your group before you book.
  • Property management companies usually offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance protection.
