Beach Loving is a two-level home. The main level is bright and open, with 3 bedrooms and two full baths, a sunroom with new tile floor, an refreshed kitchen (new granite counter tops, gas stove and dishwasher), a dining table that sits up to eight people, and a 42-inch color TV with blu-ray player. The screened-in porch has a double glider rocker, a cafe table with chairs, and three outdoor wicker chairs to relax on. The home sits on a bigger lot with a wide lawn that kids can play ball on, throw the frisbee, etc. It's attractively decorated in a fun beach themed style. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have queen beds, and bedroom 1 has a wall-mounted TV; bedroom 3 has a twin trundle bed with memory foam beds. The kitchen is entirely equipped with coffee maker, French press and hand and electric coffee grinders, blender, microwave, a good knife set, and all kitchen tools.
Linens are supplied for stays of 4 or more nights, and cleaning is included in the rental charge.
For off-season units (September - May) we have a 2-nighttime minimum stay; renters pay the linens fee if staying fewer than 4 nights.

Downstairs:

Downstairs (has its own separate exterior entrance) has a queen bed and a pull-out futon, a full bath with a washer/dryer, a kitchenette with a sink, dorm refrigerator, toaster oven, coffee maker, and dishes and silverware. There is also a flat screen TV. There is a gas grille for the use of guests, as well as beach chairs, body boards and two modest beach carts, and a corn hole game set. We also have a beach umbrella that you can use. There is an outside shower with attached changing area with hot and cold water, as well as a hose for rinsing off feet.

Located in Emerald Isle, this vacation home is near the beach. When to book & When to go:

• Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.

Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable homes. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host if your family qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
• Booking websites often offer guests an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra fuel expenses.
