This freshly refreshed getaway features three bedrooms and two and a half baths, offering comfort and style for up to six guests. The modern kitchen is equipped with the latest appliances, making meal preparation a breeze. Unwind in one of the two inviting living spaces, ideal for family gatherings or peaceful evenings. The enormous primary suite has an updated walk-in shower, providing a opulent experience. Two additional bedrooms share an updated bathroom, ensuring convenience and comfort for all guests. For entertainment, the bungalow includes a ping-pong table, foosball table, corn hole, and bocce ball set, offering countless fun for all ages. Appreciate the tranquility of Pine Knoll Shores and make memorable memories at this handsome bungalow.

BED CONFIGURATIONS:
1 King Bed, 2 Twin Beds, and 1 Pyramid Bunk (Double on bottom and Twin on top)

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not supplied. If you would like information on beach equipment units, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be included with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a modest bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance complimentary laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one additional trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax non returnable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog max..
Airbnb guests: This fee is NOT supplied in your final price. Please notify Spectrum Properties once your booking has been confirmed to add this pet fee(s).
Vacation Rental By Owner guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s).
Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. To get the best value, consider changing your trip dates to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and even October offer great weather, less crowded beaches, and greatly reduced traffic. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Havelock vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • The sooner your group can book, the better your selection will be. The best properties are booked early. Reserving your vacation property 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and book your vacation home.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host if your family qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Property management companies usually offer guests an option to buy vacation insurance protection.
