Beaufort by the Sea is an end-unit townhome in handsome Beau Coast, just six blocks from Taylor's Creek, Beaufort's waterfront, and 2 miles from the heart of historic downtown Beaufort. That's an painless bicycle or golf cart ride under a canopy of live oaks along Taylor's Creek to great eateries, unique stores, and tons of fun places to visit and things to see and do. And two bicycles are in the garage for your use! Ferries to the islands leave from the waterfront.
This impressive, well-equipped 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse. The home lives well for both a friends or family getaway with an open living and kitchen on the ground floor with a powder room. Go up to the 2nd floor for an en suite master bedroom with a king bed while down the hall is a second bedroom with a queen bed and a third bunk bedroom that can accommodate adults. This includes a queen bed on the bottom, a trundle bed below the queen, and single bed on the top bunk. There is a full bath in the hall.
This home is set up with fun in mind. There is a patio with a grille, outdoor dining, games and streaming TVs, 2 bicycles, body boards and skim board, and beach chairs and of course the elegant Traders club home and pool only one block away. Once you get here, you won't want to leave but at least you'll have memories to share with friends.
The Beau Coast community offers a day dock right on Taylors Creek, an event lawn, gym, clubhouse with a beautiful pool, shuffleboard table, ping pong and corn hole. Hang out at Traders, a facility in Beau Coast with a variety of food from Beaufort Grocery, craft beers and outdoor sitting area with a fire pit.

Strategies to get the optimal Havelock vacation property experience:
When to go & When to reserve a Beaufort rental home:
- In the Havelock area, The sooner your group can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The best rental properties are booked very early. Reserving your rental home six to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental home.
- To get the best value, consider changing your group's trip dates to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and even October offer warm weather, less crowded beaches, and reduced traffic. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Havelock vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
- Some owners offer special rates for veterans. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your group before you book.
- Property management companies usually offer guests an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for details.
- Often, rental management companies supply Havelock area visitors guides that include coupons, either offered independently by local businesses, or through a partnership between the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find visitors guide and coupon books at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.
Selecting and booking your prefect Havelock rental home:
- Select vacation dates and maximum budget.
- Determine how many beds and what type of bedroom configuration you need. Beaufort by the Sea - end unit, spacious townhome with pool, other amenities has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our vacation rental search.
- Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts is often available online. If they are not listed, reach out to the property owner before you reserve the home. Remember that most property listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes sofa beds.
- Some rental properties allow pets, and others do not. Allowable types of family pet, size and breeds may be restricted, and added fees may apply. Ask your host about pet restrictions before booking.
- Visiting for a specific attraction or event? Try a map search to locate nearby properties.
- Appropriate accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for those with limited mobility. Confirm all required amenities are available before reserving a rental.
More considerations for your visit:
- Review check in & check out procedures before leaving home. Take a printed copy, and save the instructions to your phone.
- Ask questions. You may need instructions for a fireplace, stereo or coffee maker. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief phone call prevents a lot of problems.
- Ensure you protect the property owner (and your things!) by locking the property while you are out, just like you would at home.
- Upon arrival, make note of any damages to the property and immediately alert the host. Keep records of all correspondence in case a dispute arises.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like disagreeable visitors disrupting your peaceful home life. Use the golden rule for best judgement. If they like you, locals might even recommend great restaurants and scenic spots you would have not otherwise known about!
- Don't forget to... Ask a local! Local residents can often help. Who better to ask where to order the best nachos, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for shopping?
- At departure, take a walk-through to make sure you have not leave anything behind. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Record a video to document the condition of the property.
- Remember to leave a review! Hosts rely on great feedback to stimulate future reservations. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other families will be thankful you shared your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Please be fair with your feedback If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the host had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to solve it.
