This condo is on the first floor with a great kitchen that provides plenty of room and amenities including a refrigerator with attached ice maker and wine refrigerator, as well as a welcomin dining area and living area. Sliding doors open to private screened in balcony where you can relax and appreciate surrounding vistas and sea breeze.

Total linens includes 1 Queen, 1 Double, 4 Twins.

Conveniences include: High Speed Wireless Internet, Interior Washer/Dryer, Totally Equipped Kitchen with Coffee Maker, Oven, Garbage Disposal, Fridge with Attached Ice Maker, Microwave, Dishwasher, Wine Fridge, Screened Porch, Deck Furnishings, and Ceiling Fans.

Island Beach Racquet Club Community Conveniences Include: Building Elevators, 3 Outdoor Pools and Kiddie Pool (pool typically open May 1st - Oct 15th 9am - 10pm), Beach Access Walkway, Outdoor Showers, Laundry Area, Sound Access via paved walkway, Grilling Area, Tennis Court, Basketball Court, On-site Playground. Bluewater cannot guarantee complex/community amenities will be in service during the time of your stay.

Please Note: Even though this is a keyless rental, guests must stop by the AB check-in office to pick up 2 parking passes.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
