Located in Pine Knoll Shores, a virtual bird and turtle sanctuary at the beach, this complex is convenient to the eateries and stores of Emerald Isle and Atlantic Beach. Guests of Maritime West have use of the complex Community Pool Walking and Bicycle Trails, Hard Surface Tennis Courts, Private Marina with Boat Ramp Access, Snack Bar with Bagged Ice for Purchase, Marina Kayak and other Personal Watercraft Access, Beach Front Access with Two Dune Decks Greenway Trails, Playground, Basketball, and Pickle-Ball. Guests have access to the Marina Pool located at 590 Marina Drive and the Westport Pool located at 570 Coral Drive.

Located in Pine Knoll Shores, this condo is by the ocean. Fort Macon State Park and Beaufort Historic Site are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway and Country Club of the Crystal Coast. North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and Flatwaters Paddling are also worth visiting.
