Watch the sunrise over the intercoastal waterways, marsh, and Beaufort Waterfront from the balcony. Unwind and watch for dolphins that swim in the waterway. A private gate for Radio Island Beach access is only steps away; choose the pool, hottub, or beach to take in the day. Use our gym, grilles, and fish off the docks. All are in a private gated community, only a few mins. from the Beaufort or Morehead City waterfronts.
This 3 bedroom and 2 bath attractively decorated condo on the 4th floor is in the gated community of Olde Towne Yacht Club and Marina and is on Radio Island. Within a few mins. drive to Beaufort Waterfront, Morehead City Waterfront, and Atlantic Beach.
-Master Bedroom has a King bed, a intelligent TV w/Spectrum cable box, a private full bath, and direct access to the enormous balcony.
-The 2nd Bedroom has a Queen bed, a intelligent Roku TV w/Spectrum app, and direct access to the shared bath.
-The 3rd Bedroom has 2 Twin Bunk beds, a intelligent Roku TV w/Spectrum app, an Arcade game, and hallway access to the shared bath.
The condo features water vistas from the master bedroom, living room, and dining areas, with a huge balcony the width of the condo. The community features a full-service marina, outdoor pool with hottub, workout room, multiple gas grilles, outdoor dining areas, docks for great fishing, community room, and private gate access to Radio Island Beach.
In our kitchen, we are well-supplied for cooking or baking. We have a wine refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster oven, and much more. We also provide basic coffee with cream and sugar, as well as, hand soap, dish soap, trash bags, pods for dishwasher, and paper towels.
In our Bedrooms, we provide all bed linens, pillows, and additional blankets. Each bedroom has a intelligent TV where you can access Spectrum for basic cable or login to your own streaming apps.
In our bathrooms, we provide towels, beach/pool towels complimentary travel-size toiletries, hand soap, a hair dryer, along with paper products.
We have a washer-dryer combination, we provide washer pods and dryer sheets.
Beaufort hosts excellent locally-owned eateries and unique stores along with many historic sites. Beaufort features the Maritime Museum and marina to charter boat trips to Rachel Carson Reserve, Shackleford Banks, and Cape Lookout Lighthouse.
Morehead City is just over the bridge with many dining and shopping options for everybody's taste. Then a short drive to Atlantic Beach, Fort Macon, and Pine Knoll Shores for the North Carolina Aquarium.
Boat slips are available to rent separately from our onsite Marina office and Dock Master. We are the closest point the the Beaufort Inlet for all water activities.

There is a Security Camera on the balcony facing the docks to monitor the weather, they are turned off and taped over during guest stays. Additional Security Cameras outside and inside common areas of the entire property. Cameras are operated and controlled by HOA/DOA/Management Company.
House Rules:
**To ensure everybody's comfort and enjoyment, please review the following agreed-upon rules**
-Provide the names of all guests staying at the condo
-Respect the Rental as you would your own home

-No events, events, gatherings, or additional guests allowed
-No smoking, vaping, or open flames
-No family pets are allowed under any circumstances policy and renters will be fined
-No slime, ply-doh, glue, paint, glitter, confetti, dye, or like items that stain or damage
-A $50 fee applies for a lost or missing pool key fob.
-Quiet hours are from 11 PM on weekdays/12 AM on weekends
-Do not bring carts into the condo for any reason
-No filming with the intent to distribute
-No third-event renting or subleasing
-No commercial businesses
-No illegal substances or activities in the condo or on OTYC property
-Please report any damage or breakage promptly

Located in Beaufort, this condo is on the waterfront. Town Creek Marina and Morehead City Yacht Basin are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit North Carolina Maritime Museum and North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Havelock vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
- In the Havelock area, The earlier your group can book, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation homes are booked very early. Reserving your rental property up to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation home.
- Hosts sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Remember to ask your host or property manager if discounts are available for your family before you book.
