Listen to the ocean waves from the outdoor pool with kiddie pool located up against the sand dunes. Savor the courtyard outdoor pool and the handsome, year-round heated indoor pool, directly in front of the condo and steps from the front door. The exercise center is located in the indoor pool building as well. Several oceanside grilling areas are scattered throughout the roomy grounds. This completely refreshed, 2 bedroom 2 bath, second floor condo has an open floor plan and many new updates! The main bedroom has vaulted ceilings, a queen bed and a twin daybed. A spiral staircase leads you up to the second bedroom loft with vaulted ceilings, a queen bed, a full/double bed and a full attached bath.

The family room has vaulted ceilings, a variety of games for family fun, books for beach reading and double slider doors to your sizable private balcony. Unwind on the balcony with your morning coffee in rocking chairs with courtyard vistas.

The entirely equipped, updated kitchen has granite countertops, peninsula seating, both a Keurig and a Cuisinart coffee maker and every gadget you could need for appreciating a great meal! Ceiling fans and intelligent TVs are in every room, as well as an abundance of wireless phone and USB chargers for your convenience. A washer and dryer is supplied for your use as well.
