SeaSpray 104 is a non-smoking, 2 bedroom/2 bath condo located on the 1st floor. Unit has slight vistas of the ocean and sound. The condo has a full size kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. Coin-Operated washers and dryers are located just down the hall from the condo. There is wireless internet, 3 TVs (one in the living room and one in the each bedroom) and a DVD player. The main bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a twin size bed. SeaSpray does not allow renters to have family pets.

Located in Atlantic Beach, this condo is on the beach. Fort Macon State Park and Beaufort Historic Site are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and North Carolina Maritime Museum. Get the most from your rental budget:

  • The sooner your group can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are booked early. Reserving your vacation rental six - twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your rental home.
  • June, July, and August are high season in Atlantic Beach. To get the largest rental for your budget, we recommend booking in the Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at popular Havelock attractions and restaurants.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your family qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer their guests an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for more information.
  • Find a copy of your local Havelock area magazine when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental property doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.   • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, walk through the property to reconfirm you've collected all personal belongings. Remember to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the property a final time and look for any damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, take video and pictures of the property to record its condition.
