You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at popular Havelock attractions and restaurants. • Go through the property one final time and scan for any damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take video of the property to record its condition.
• After your trip, leave feedback! Property managers rely on good feedback to compel future reservations. They'll be grateful for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other families will will be grateful for your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the owner could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to solve it.
