Ground level roomy conference room for 150 next to pool courtyard. Ideal for meetings of all kinds: work seminars, weddings or family gatherings. These events can also be incorporated with a incredible beach hideaway! All visitors to Summer Winds have full use of the entire range of recreational activities.

Summer Winds A-409 is a 4th floor 2-Bedroom, 2-Bath Oceanfront Condo. Living area has a Queen Sleeper Couch with great ocean vistas. Dining area. Kitchen/Bar Area with microwave & dishwasher. Washer/Dryer.

The Master Bedroom has a king bed.

Bedroom #2 has a twin bed and a queen bed.

Additional Conveniences Include: 2 Color Cable TV¡s, DVD Player, High-Speed Wireless Internet, Coffee Maker, Fridge, Icemaker, Microwave and Dishwasher. Covered decks with furnishings.

NOTE for All Units: There are temporary stairs at some stacks while HOA completes stairway work. All elevators are operational.

Rents nightly with a 2-nighttime minimum stay (off-season only).

You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at Havelock restaurants, tours, and activities.   • The earlier your group can reserve a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental homes are booked early. Reserving your rental property 6-12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation home.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Property managers typically offer customers an option to purchase vacation insurance.   • Keep the property locked while you are gone! Don't let burglars spoil your family vacation.
  • At departure, complete a final walk-through to confirm you have not leave anything behind. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the property one final time and scan for any damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, remember to take video of the rental to record its condition.
