DESCRIPTION:
Welcome to Free Time! If you appreciate the wrap-around decks on both levels you are sure to catch some of the invigorating ocean breeze.
Upon entering the freshly refreshed Free Time you will find an open tiled hallway that goes into a rec room that has a Foosball table as well as comfortable seating for those wanting to relax and savor this second living room space. The guest room offers sleeping space for 7, these constructed-in bunk beds have twins on top and doubles on the bottom as well as a full bath. In addition to the rec and bunk beds rooms, there is also an entrance into the pool area and the garage that has the 2nd refrigerator. The elevator that services all 3 levels also begins on this level.
As you head up to the second floor you will find the majority of the guest rooms and the beginning of the wrap around decks! There is a King master suite, a room with a queen bed that shares a bath with a bedroom that has 2 twin beds... all of these rooms are delightfully decorated and make it painless for everybody to enjoy their own space. As part of the Spinnaker’s Fresh Bed Promise all bed linens are laundered between guests.
The top floor is the main living area. This is where you can enjoy vistas of the neighborhood while dining al fresco. The well-outfitted kitchen, dining room table, and updated living room area are filled with light and updated decor. There is also an additional bedroom on this level that is furnished with a King bed and shares a full bath with the floor.
This ocean side home is located just a few mins. walk (approx 5 mins.) from the ocean access and community pool. There is also a golf cart supplied for an easier and more calming way to get your beach-going items to the sand. The beach access and cart parking is located at the corner of Shipwreck Lane and Louise Howard Court.
