Ground-level roomy conference room for 150 next to the pool courtyard. Ideal for meetings of all kinds: work seminars, weddings, or family gatherings. These events can also be incorporated with a magnificent beach hideaway! All visitors to Summer Winds have full use of the entire range of recreational activities.

Summer Winds A-318 is an Oceanfront 3-Bedroom, 2-Bath Third Floor condo. The Living area has a Flat Screen TV & a covered deck with furnishings. Dining area. Kitchen/Bar with microwave & dishwasher. Master Bedroom has a King Bed and a Full Bath. Bedroom #2 has a twin bunk set and an additional twin bunk. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed. Bedrooms #2 & #3 share a Full Bath. 2 Color Cable TVs, DVD player, CD/Stereo. Dishwasher, Microwave, Answering Machine, Washer/Dryer. Covered deck. The Homeowners even provide Videos and Beach Chairs for you to savor during your vacation!

Total linens includes 1 king, 1 queen, and 3 twins.

Rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Rents Nightly with a 2-nighttime minimum stay, off-season only.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Located in Salter Path, this condo is by the ocean. Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway and Country Club of the Crystal Coast are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Flatwaters Paddling and North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores.
