Summer Winds A-318 is an Oceanfront 3-Bedroom, 2-Bath Third Floor condo. The Living area has a Flat Screen TV & a covered deck with furnishings. Dining area. Kitchen/Bar with microwave & dishwasher. The Master Bedroom has a King Bed and a Full Bath. Bedroom #2 has a twin bunk set and an additional twin bed. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed. Bedrooms #2 & #3 share a Full Bath.
Conveniences include: 4 Flat screen TVs (biggest one is 65 inches), Blu Ray players (with over 100 Blu Rays and DVDs), games, puzzles, books, CD/Stereo. Multiple streaming services including Fandango at home(Vudu) which has a private library of over 2000 movies and TV series (hundreds of kids movies for those rainy days), Beach chairs, Beach umbrella, Dishwasher, Microwave, Fridge, Stove/Oven, Toaster oven-air fryer, Coffee maker, Crock pot, Washer/Dryer. Covered deck.
Total linens includes 1 king, 1 queen, and 3 twins.
NOTE for All Units: There are temporary stairs at some stacks while HOA completes stairway work. All elevators are operational.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
