The Sandlot (Previously known as Dune Boys)-
Stay right on the beach! Located just steps from the Atlantic Ocean is this completely refreshed 8 Bedroom, 4 Bathroom bungalow that sports exceptional vistas, an oceanfront pool, hot tub, and roomy oceanfront trex deck.
The home is currently offered as a single family rental. Originally set up as duplex, a doorway INSIDE the home between the living rooms separates or connects the two sides. This accepts you to savor and share your space, but also gives you the convenience and separation should you choose!
The layout includes two identical sides. This means there are two entirely outfitted kitchens (one on side), and two family rooms (one on each side), with a doorway connecting the two sides.
The home was modernized in 2022 to include brand new kitchen cabinets and countertops, floors through the home, new paint, and adding a master bathroom for 2023. New deck and roof!
Each master bedroom has a king bed, and its own, extraordinary, huge private oceanfront covered balcony overlooking pool and beach, with unobstructed vistas of the ocean.
Overall, EACH side hosts:
An OCEAN FRONT Master bedroom on the top floor, with private cavernous balcony overlooking the pool and direct ocean vistas.
A second bedroom upstairs with two sets of twin bunk beds (4 twin beds total)
A third bedroom upstairs with queen bed.
A play area/ lounge room with daybed (floor space here will fit a standard size pack-n-play).
A first floor bedrooms (with queen bed), convenient to the first floor bathroom and kitchen.
There is also an additional daybed room for sleeping/reading, or playing video games on the second story on each side.
Totaling 8 bedrooms, 2 modest play/rec rooms, and 4 bathrooms.
Entirely fenced in pool area for added safety measure. Pool and hot tub are professionally cleaned and maintained 1-2x per week.
Pool can be heated for $600 per week, just let us know ahead of your stay if you'd like to add this!
