Great for families or a charming hideaway for two, with painless access to the beach and pool. One pool is located next to this building. Totally modernized. Immaculate condition. 2 bedrooms, 2 full big bathrooms. 2 queen beds, 2 twin bunk beds - sleeps 6. Full kitchen: microwave, dishwasher, glass top stove, refrigerator, new front loading washer/dryer. Free high speed WiFi. 40" HD TV, Blu-Ray player and Roku in Living Room. 32" HD TV and Roku in main bedroom. Southwinds is a family friendly ocean front condominium with two swimming pools, grilles, and additional laundry facilities on site. It is a short drive down the road or a short walk down the beach to get to Fort Macon State Park. No smoking and no family pets! Southwinds does not allow trailers or boats to be parked here. Parking passes for two cars. Includes bedroom linens, bath towels, and cleaning. Family friendly and great for kids in the summer. In the Spring/Fall and shoulder weeks, great for romantic getaways and slow calming.

• The earlier your group can book a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The best properties are booked early. • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Residents can often point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to find the best bike paths, have a great night out, or the best spots for crabbing?
• Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the rental property to make sure you've collected all belongings. Check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Walk through the property a final time and look for damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
• After your trip, leave a review! Property owners rely on excellent feedback to compel future bookings. They'll be thankful for your feedback.
