Our home is a block from the sound and less than 1/2 mile from the ocean with private access.

The charming 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom home sleeps 9 and is a ranch style home, no stairs. There's comfortable seating and a entirely equipped kitchen, you will have all the amenities of home to savor your get-away. Appreciate the outside deck, grille and dining in the relaxing maritime forest. Beach toys supplied. Ideal cycling community for the family!

Cost saving strategies:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. To get the most suitable vacation home for your budget, we highly recommend reserving in Fall or Spring months. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular attractions. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Havelock vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • In the Havelock area, The earlier you can book, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental properties are reserved very early. Booking your vacation rental up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and book your vacation rental.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a discount.
  • Property managers frequently offer customers an option to purchase vacation insurance.   • Just before checking out, complete a walk-through to make sure you have not forget anything. Remember to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Please make sure to walk through the property a final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, remember to take photographs of the rental to record its condition at check-out.

If your property and/or property manager was fantastic, they would love to hear about it.
