Kiwi Dream is a handsome, nearly oceanfront, 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom, duplex located in the heart of Emerald Isle. Beach access is right across the street for your convenience!
Ground Level: On this floor of the home you will find a den/ game room that features many entertainment options including an air hockey table, and a TV with a DVD player and an Xbox One. This floor also homes Bedroom #1 has a king bed, a TV and DVD player, and access to a bathroom that is shared with the den. This level also has designated parking at the main entryway and access to the level one covered deck!
Level One: Bedroom #2 has two twin bunk sets and access to a shared bathroom. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed and a TV. This room also has direct access to a semi-private full bathroom, which features an external hallway door to share the bathroom with bedroom #2. Bedroom #4 is a master bedroom with a king bed, a TV, its own private bathroom that includes a separate tub, and deck access to take in the elegant vistas of Emerald Isle. This master bedroom also has a walk-in closet and plenty of space to stow your suitcases.
Level Two: This is the main living area of the home with LVP floors and a completely-equipped kitchen, living room, wet bar, and half bathroom. The kitchen is supplied with all of the appliances you will need for the duration of your stay as well as a Keurig coffee maker, an ice cream maker, and a waffle iron!
Additional Conveniences: This home is equipped with high-speed wireless internet for your convenience! The home features 5 HDTVs, 4 of which have Intelligent TV capabilities. One of the TVs is equipped with an Xbox One, which is sure to impress the kids! YouTubeTV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Disney+ are there as well for all of your streaming needs! The game room has air hockey to appeal to your competitive side! You will find outdoor furnished decks as well as an enclosed outdoor shower and outside dressing area to rinse off and change after a long day of soaking up the sun! You can also toss your beachwear in the in-unit washer/dryer right after the beach - so convenient!

Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer.
- Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules often open a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rental homes during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a special rate.
- Booking websites frequently offer customers an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. - Please make sure to walk through the rental a final time and scan for any damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, remember to take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
