**Please be advised that construction is currently underway throughout the entire Summer Winds complex. This includes the replacement of one stairwell in Building A and one stairwell in Building B, with completion expected by the end of May.   • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Residents can usually help. Who better to ask where to find the fresh catch of the day, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
  • At departure, take a final walk-through to confirm you haven't forget any personal items. Remember to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Walk through the rental a final time and look for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the manager isn't available, remember to take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did you have a terrific stay? Most rental websites make it easy for customers to provide feedback. If your rental and/or property management company was wonderful, they would love to hear about it. If anything was imperfect and they failed to correct it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
