Ground-level roomy conference room for 150 next to the pool courtyard. Ideal for meetings of all kinds: work seminars, weddings or family gatherings. These events can also be incorporated with a marvelous beach hideaway! All visitors to Summer Winds have full use of the entire range of recreational activities.

Summer Winds A-513 is a elegant fifth-floor, Oceanfront Condo, with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Bedroom #1 is the Master with a King bed, TV, and direct access to the Deck. Bedroom #2 has a Queen bed, Flat Screen TV, and DVD Player. Bedroom #3 has 2 Twin beds, DVD Player along with the Flat Screen TV. Entirely equipped and refreshed kitchen features an open layout and granite countertops.

Additional Conveniences Include:3 Flat Screen TVs, 1 Color Cable TV, 2 DVD Player¡s one is a Blue-Ray DVD Player, ONLY TWO TVs have cable connections, 1 Stereo/CD Player, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Board Games, Microwave, Covered Balcony.

NOTE for All Units: There are temporary stairs at some stacks while HOA completes stairway work. All elevators are operational.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Located in Salter Path, this condo is by the ocean. Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway and Country Club of the Crystal Coast are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Theodore Roosevelt Natural Area and Hoop Pole Creek Nature Trail.
