Summer Winds C-222 is a gorgeously decorated Direct Oceanfront Corner Condo that sleeps 8. 180 degree vistas. Upscale furnishings and paintings, Italian ceramic tiles in all rooms and bathrooms. Living Area has surround decks with pool & ocean vistas. Enormous Dining Area with oceanfront deck and outdoor furnishings including lounge chairs & ottoman, table and 4 chairs! Kitchen/Bar Area has microwave & dishwasher. Master Bedroom has King Bed, private bath & private deck access. Bedroom #2 has Queen Bed and private bath. Bedroom #3 has a Queen. Bedroom #4 has two Twins. Bedroom #3 and #4 have a shared bath. Central Heat & Air. 5 Color Cable TVs, DVD Player, CD Player. Washer/Dryer.

NOTE: On Units 120, 135, 222, 235, 301, 331 420, 442: Balcony has shoring posts installed until permanent repairs can be made to the fascia. No more than 5 people on the balcony at a time until shoring posts are removed. All units: There are temporary stairs at some stacks while HOA completes stairway work. All elevators are operational.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

About the Area

Located in Salter Path, this condo is by the ocean. Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway and Country Club of the Crystal Coast are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Flatwaters Paddling and North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores. Emerald Isle Adventures and The Sweet Spot are also worth visiting.

Get the most from your budget:

• The earlier you can reserve a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best rental properties are reserved very early. Reserving your vacation property up to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental property.
• Summer months are high season in Indian Beach. To find the best value, shift your family's Havelock vacation dates to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and even October offer warmer weather, less crowded beaches, and greatly reduced traffic.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your group qualifies for a reduced rate.
• Management companies and individual rental owners often offer their guests an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for specifics.
• Look for your local Havelock area magazine when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental home doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers. In addition to great local stories, travel guide magazines have discounts for nearby shops and restaurants.

• Just before checking out, take a walk-through to confirm you have not forget any personal items. Remember to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Record a video to document the condition of the property.
• Did your family have a wonderful time? Many rental management companies make it easy for clients to provide feedback. If your property and/or property manager was fantastic, they always love to hear your praise.
